ON SOME EMPIRICAL FORMULAS FOR CALCULATING THE WEIGHT AND THE CENTER OF GRAVITY OF SMALL FISHING BOATS IN A PRELIMINARY DESIGN
Few empirical formulas have been proposed by means of mathematical inductionmethod, in accordance with the data from the weight and the center of gravity of about30 small fishing boats. These formulas can be used as ready reference for calculating displacement in apreliminary design.
