Microsatellite analysis of genetic diversity in 3 wild populations of Exopalaemon carinicauda

Genetic diversity of 3 wild stocks,collected from Laizhuo Bay(LZ),Haizhuo Bay(HZ),Xiangshang(XS), were investigated using 12 microsatellite loci. A total of 115 alleles were detected in 12 microsatellite loci and the number of alleles ranged from 6 to 14(mean 9.5833) . The expected and observed heterozygosities in 12 loci ranging from 0.7653 to 0.8660 (mean 0.8278) and from 0.2167 to 0.7176 (mean 0.5175), respectively.
