New pathway of aquatic products processing industry guided by low-carbon economy

The present situation and existing problems of the aquatic products processing industry,mainly including scientific and technical-level,production equipments,high value-added products,deep processing of aquatic products,industrial structure,quality standard system of aquatic products,laws and regulations,are reviewed in this paper.The main factors affecting the aquatic products processing industry towards a low-carbon economy are discussed in detail.The measures and ideas about how to develop low-carbon economy in the aquatic products processing industry are proposed,which rely on technological innovation,improvement of comprehensive application of industrial by-products and refined-processing technologies of aquatic products,strengthening policy guidance,and adjustment of industry structure.
