鱼类线粒体营养素:概念、作用与机制

Mitochondrial nutrients in fish: concepts, functions and mechanisms

  • 摘要: 线粒体作为细胞能量代谢的核心,对养殖动物的生长、代谢与健康至关重要。近年来,线粒体功能在动物生产中的作用受到了极大的关注。基于此,本团队提出以营养调控线粒体为切入点,改善鱼类的生长、抗病及抗逆能力,构建“鱼类线粒体营养素”理论。该策略以线粒体为靶点、营养调控为手段、促生长抗逆为目标,通过代谢干预提升生产性能,丰富和发展了水产动物营养学的理论体系。本文综述了线粒体与动物生产性能的关系、营养素的调控作用,进而阐述鱼类线粒体营养素的作用机制及应用前景。

     

    Abstract: As the core of cellular energy metabolism, mitochondria are critically essential for the growth, metabolism and health of farmed animals. In recent years, the role of mitochondrial function in animal production has attracted extensive attention. Accordingly, our research team proposes to take nutritional regulation of mitochondria as an entry point to improve the growth, disease resistance and stress tolerance of fish, and constructs the theory of "fish mitochondrial nutrients". This strategy takes mitochondria as the target, nutritional regulation as the means, growth promotion and stress resistance enhancement as the objective, and improves production performance through metabolic intervention, which enriches and develops the theoretical system of aquatic animal nutrition. This paper reviews the relationship between mitochondria and animal production performance, as well as the regulatory effect of nutrients, and further elaborates the action mechanism and application prospect of fish mitochondrial nutrients.
